Based on the Land Uses and Building Conditions - Restrictions, which the property had by Royal Decrees (R.D.s),which was published in the Government Gazette (FEK 132 Δ΄/1970 and FEK 50 Δ΄/1972) and having regard to the relevant opinions of the Council of State and the Ministry of Environment and Energy Services, documented the validity of the Use of "Tourist Facilities" for Non-permissible Urban Development. In the context of a “Mild-Tourism Development”, three land use scenarios have been proposed.
