ADAPTATION STUDY OF THE PORTO KARRAS HOTEL FOR THE EUROPEAN SUMMIT MUNICIPALITY OF SITHONIA-PENINSULA OF CHALKIDIKI

The Karras Building Complex re-designed to accommodate the European Council meeting room, as provided for in the Meeting’s work program. Part of the building complex of the Meliton Hotel unit, is designed to accommodate the formal dining areas, the Ministers’ meeting room, as well as the Delegation offices, the General Secretariat of the Council, the Council Office, the Council’s offices Commission, the European Council and the Presidency Organization and the outdoor GOLF training ground. The spaces necessary for the organization and service of pedestrian and vehicle traffic within the complex as well as the spaces or facilities required to achieve the necessary access control, security and surveillance measures during the Session.
