These Technical Due Diligence Reports have been carried out for Office buildings of MED NET (10.905 sq.m.), SAMSUNG (6.240 sq.m.), VODAFONE (17.372 sq.m.), ΑΧΑ (1.883 sq.m.) and PORSCE (4.215 sq.m.) companies,with the aim to be defined their current condition and property maintenance . During the survey are suggested actions might be done in external areas,basements,elevations and roofs for repairing buildings’ condition.
