The 5-star category IKOS OLIVIA RESORT hotel (formerly Gerakina Beach) operates today with a total capacity of 315 rooms and 712 beds. It was bought by the National Bank in 2014 and for several years it was out of order. Any arbitrary constructions were rearranged by Law L.4178/2013. Renovated and fully repaired and operational since 2015. The renovation and repair work is based on the study of Professor Dr. Athanasiou Stylianidis and executed with Contractor AKTOR S.A. The hotel complex includes a main high-rise building, ground floor / two-room bungalows, restaurant, tavern, theater, etc.
